Board of Adjustment

The Board of Adjustment is an officially constituted body whose principal duties are to hear appeals and, where appropriate, grant variances from the strict application of the zoning ordinance.  The Board meets the first Tuesday of the month as needed.   The appointed members of the Lake City Planning Commission act as the Board of Adjustment.
